The GT1 “Longtail” racing series refers to a distinctive class of racing cars that emphasized aerodynamics and extended rear design for high-speed endurance events during the 1990s. These cars were pure-bred racers built for GT racing, featuring elongated bodywork for reduced drag and greater stability. The term “Longtail” soon became synonymous with GT an exceptional era in GT racing.
